Since 1993, Bookworm Central onsite bookfairs have been known for being different and distinctive.  Our onsite events bring great children's books to communities that value the importance of customization in the selecton of products as well as attention to detail in customer service. 

What is a Bookworm Central Onsite Bookfair?

Our onsite bookfair is an event at your location which raises money to help with projects that benefit your community.  Since this event is completely managed by people from your organization, it provides a great opportunity to build a sense of community and celebrate children and learning. In choosing to host one of our onsite fairs, you bring to your members books and resources that have been carefully selected based on input from your coordinating team.

How does a Bookworm Central Onsite Bookfair work?

At Bookworm Central we believe in simplicity and transparencies.  Our onsite bookfairs are structured on these beliefs.  Once you request a bookfair with us, we gather information on your school or organization and request your input to help us prepare a booklist that meets your unique requirements.  We are able to provide you with an itemized listing of the entire inventory.  Your bookfair is shipped in carts and/or boxes.  After the completion of your fair, your bookfair is returned into our system so that we can review the data to help us prepare for your next fair.  Should you like to review your sales, we are able to provide you with an itemized sales history. 

When can a Bookworm Central Onsite Bookfair be held?

An onsite bookfair can be held at any time of the year when your community would be most likely to purchase items for their children.  Hosting an onsite bookfair in conjunction with another well-attended event in your building is highly recommended.

Where are Bookworm Central Bookfairs available?

Bookworm Central onsite bookfairs are available to any organization less than an hour and a half from our Manassas warehouse.  For customers less than three hours away, we are able to offer our onsite fairs if three or more schools can coordinate their bookfairs at the same time.  For customers more than three hours away, we invite you to register for our Virtual bookfair which allows your members to access and purchase our selections online -- every virtual sale earns profits for your organization.
